DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Tak Tateoka threw two first-half touchdown passes and St. Thomas of Minnesota went on to defeat Dayton 20-14 on Saturday.Tateoka threw for only 100 yards on 15-of-23 passing but his touchdowns to Andrew McElroy and Jacob Wildermuth helped the Tommies build a 20-0 lead in the second quarter. DENVER, (KDVR) -- Crews continued battling a wildland fire in Moffat County Saturday, where the Iron Fire burned more than 7,300 acres.The fire was burning about 25 miles northwest of Craig and moving north, according to the Moffat County Sheriff's Office. Shara Cole owns property in the area and shared photos of the fire narrowly missing homes Friday evening.“It was rough," Cole said. "I’m grateful that it wasn’t a community of hundreds of people by any means, but even just three families, it’s heartbreaking to watch them go through that stress.” Watch: Video shows fire at Denver homeless camp explosion Cole said firefighters and homeowners were working together to mow grass and create fire breaks to save the homes. Firefighters said as of Saturday afternoon no structures had been lost, but some fencing and a horse corral had burned. After a gloomy couple days, sunny and dry weather returns to New England Sunday. Temperatures will start cool but range from the upper 60s along the coast, to the low 70s inland for our area by afternoon. If your plans take you to Northern New England, fall foliage is underway with some isolated spots of peak color just starting for some of the mountains. Peak foliage here in Southern New England is a few weeks away but we are starting to see some color in spots.
