ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Monday, the second suspect connected to the murder of Chyna Forney in May 2021 was convicted in Albany County Supreme Court. The jury found that Foy either personally or by acting in concert with another person, while attempting to cause the death of another person, caused the death of Chyna Forney by shooting her with a pistol. Foy was also accused of trying to cause the death of another person at that time. Police say Foy was shooting at a man who was his original target and Chyna was caught in the crossfire. (WWTI) -- Schools in the area are closing their doors to students due to an ongoing threat.According to updates from the Canton and Gouverneur School District, early in the morning on Tuesday, April 4, local schools received a bomb threat via email from out of the area.Law enforcement said this threat appears to be a hoax and is affecting schools across the state.However, local schools are working with New York State Police to ensure that all buildings are safe. ST. LOUIS - One woman stole an ambulance after medical crews responded to a "sick case" over the weekend in St. Louis. A 37-year-old woman is accused of stealing the ambulance and driving it through the City of St. Louis before she was stopped by the Sauget Police Department. Top story: Crash survivor claims St. Louis firefighter took wallet The incident unfolded around 11:30 p.m. Saturday. Medical crews responded to the Alamo Drafthouse in Midtown. As one medic approached her, the woman did not respond to any questions. Instead, she started running toward the ambulance while it was running and drove it through St. Louis.After communication among local agencies, the Sauget Police Department apprehended the woman. Snow showers along Colorado’s Front Range on Tuesday led to delays and cancellations of flights into and out of Denver International Airport.Shortly before 9 a.m. Tuesday morning, 67 flights at DIA were delayed, according to FlightAware tracking data.
