Tractor-trailer truck crashes through home in Bellingham

Emergency crews in Bellingham were called in Thursday morning after a tractor-trailer truck driver appeared to go off-road and take out part of a house.The Bellingham Police Department said Hartford Avenue between North Main and Depot streets were closed to traffic as officers and firefighters responded to the scene sometime around 10 a.m.Significant damage, including a caved-in wall and piles of debris were visible to SKY7-HD when it spotted the tractor-trailer, which came to a stop with its flatbed seemingly against the structure. Transit police are asking for the public’s help as they work to identify a suspect accused of robbing an elderly victim at an MBTA station.The MBTA Transit Police Department released several images of a person they say committed an unarmed robbery at Nubian Station Tuesday morning around 11 a.m.Officials described the victim as an 84-year-old male.
