Slingerlands man accused of sexually abusing a child ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Slingerlands man was arrested on Wednesday on one count of aggravated sexual abuse of a child. Daniel Fuino, 73, appeared in court on Thursday and was ordered detained after reserving his right to seek a detention hearing at a later date. Fuino babysat the child at his home and took her to Atlantic City, New Jersey, on weekends when her mother was at work.According to the criminal complaint, during the trips to Atlantic City, Fuino photographed the child’s genitals, digitally penetrated her, and forced the girl to perform oral sex on him. Ferguson Home Depot parking lot shooting under investigation FERGUSON, Mo. - Police are investigating a shooting in the parking lot of a Home Depot store in the 10900 block New Halls Ferry Road. Officers were called to the scene at around 10:45 a.m. because of several 911 calls about gunfire in the area.Ferguson Police arriving on the scene were told that two men had been involved in the shooting. The suspects ran off after the gunfire erupted. No victims were found at the scene."Our investigators are diligently reviewing the available surveillance footage and following up on leads. Store clerk shot during Lancaster armed robbery Deputies in Antelope Valley are searching for a crew of armed robbers who shot a store clerk during a series of robberies late Wednesday and early Thursday morning.The first robbery happened around 4 p.m. at a liquor store at 3rd  Street and Avenue I where the thieves stole cash and got away in a stolen Hyundai, authorities said.The same car was used in a second robbery at Super Store on Beech Avenue where four people threatened the clerk with a gun.
