Are Aliens Contacting Australia? Weird Signals From Outer Space Detected

Greetings, fellow earthlings! Australian researchers detected signals from outer space — and it’s not the first time that the Earth received interstellar radio messages! However, don’t worry. It shouldn’t be a cause for alarm either. What were these signals from outer space?FRB (or Fast Radio Bursts) were detected by researchers via the FAST telescope. There are many natural causes of FRBs. However, one particular FRB, the FRB 20190520B is said to be quite peculiar. According to Dr. Shi Dai, an astronomer at Western Sydney University, “FRB 20190520B is one of a rare class of FRBs found to repeat,” Dr. Dai added, “First discovered by the FAST telescope, FRB 20190520B is not only active but more importantly can be detected over a wide radio frequency window, which enables us to use the most advanced radio instruments, such as Parkes and its ultra-wideband receiver, to carry out detailed studies.”The occurrence of FRBs shouldn’t be a huge cause for concern — unless astronomers can concl...6 Tiers of Cannabis Edible Dosing: How Much Should You Take?

It does, however, depend on a few factors.Typical Cannabis Edible Dosing and FactorsCommon Factors to ConsiderThose who wish to get high on edibles need to take a few factors into consideration — such as their body weight, metabolism, and tolerance. People who are heavier than average may have to take higher doses of cannabis edibles. The rate of your metabolism can also be a factor — as the high that edibles provide can wane off quicker on those with a faster metabolism. On the other hand, those with a slower metabolism can experience the opposite.Canna...Here’s when you can see the moon in the Da Vinci glow

By Madeline Holcombe | CNNGaze up into the sky next week, and you might catch a glimpse of the Da Vinci glow. It’s a phenomenon that can happen around sunset when a crescent moon is on the horizon, but the outline of a full moon is visible. The Da Vinci glow is a common occurrence, and easy to see, said Christine Shupla, the science engagement manager at the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston. But its appearance was once an inscrutable mystery. What caused that ghostly full moon effect, sometimes called “the old moon in the new moon’s arms,” was an ancient question illuminated by Leonardo da Vinci, according to NASA. And the answer is light coming from Earth.Distinct from sunshine, Earthshine refers to the light emitted from Earth even after the sun sets, NASA said. This light source coming from Earth is about 50 times brighter than the light from a full moon. When Leonardo theorized about this, Copernicus hadn’t even published the theory that Earth revolved around the sun yet. "Given the strong feelings of people who have been offended by the sisters' inclusion in our evening, and in an effort not to distract from the great benefits that we have seen over the years of Pride Night, we are deciding to remove them from this year's group of honorees."The San Francisco chapter...Correction: Racial Slur-Student Suspended story
